How to turn screenshots into one PDF: three free ways

To turn screenshots into one PDF on a Mac, select them in Finder, Control-click and choose Quick Actions, then Create PDF. On Windows, select them, right-click, choose Print and pick Microsoft Print to PDF.

How do I make one PDF from screenshots on a Mac?

Select the shots in Finder, in the order you want the pages.
Control-click them and choose Quick Actions, then Create PDF.
The PDF appears next to the shots, named after the first one. Rename it and send it.

How do I make one PDF from screenshots on Windows?

Select the shots in File Explorer.
Right-click and choose Print. On Windows 11, it’s under Show more options.
Pick Microsoft Print to PDF as the printer and Full page photo as the layout, then press Print and name the file.
